Returning Merchandise to True Legal Group
Within 30 days, any item purchased from our Online Marketplace can be returned to the Authorized Seller indicated on the packing slip the original purchase and within the 30 day period. The refund will be issued once the the Company confirms the merchandise is in the same condition as New condition.
If you don’t have your packing slip, all customers are advised to call our customer service and receive the order number and packing slip in digital format prior to making the return. You can contact support through the general contact us page.
Please Note: Marketplace orders cannot be returned to any stores.
Returning Items from Other Vendors
At this time only customers from this website TrueLegalGroup.com or EmploymentLegalGroup.com can make the return to this store. None authorized returns will not be refunded and are subject to disposal within 7 days.
Returning Items Bought from True Legal Group
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund given the book is in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. .
Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable Buyer is responsible for returning merchandise to the address below. At no time is a return label issued. Buyer claims all responsibility of transit and its time.
